La Palma’s traditional silk craft faces declining visibility and economic sustainability, placing generations of knowledge at risk.
Design response
A contemporary premium brand and bridge model connecting silk artisans, emerging designers, suppliers, production, and modern markets through a unified identity and strategy.
Result
The project delivered a strategic brand proposition, visual direction, stakeholder model, and communication roadmap for presenting the silk craft to contemporary audiences.
