Challenge
Students and recent graduates face uncertainty, weak professional networks, and limited guidance when entering the job market.
Design response
A mentorship service that connects students and graduates with professionals through matching, guidance, portfolio feedback, and networking.
Result
The team produced a mentorship service concept with user journeys, stakeholder mapping, a service blueprint, and a digital platform prototype.
